Was sent to a customer site to fix a software problem the customer said they were having with their warehouse management system. According to them, they were WAY behind in shipping and the inventory was in complete disarray and it was all OUR fault for selling them crappy software. After three weeks of "software troubleshooting" I proved to the client that the cause for all their problems was because when they switched from the clipboard/pencil method of warehouse control to the 21st century and PC's they had neglected to train their employees on the new system.
WTF?!?!... and it OUR fault you can't find your ass with both hands tied behind your back?
