Client: I canít get my email account with you guys to work?
Us: Who do you use as your ISP perhaps they are port blocking you from using our out going mail servers?
Client: I use Telstra?
Us: All you need do is set you outgoing SMTP to your Telstra settings?
Client: OK Ė but it still doesnít work
Well after investigating this further the client pipes up... yes we signed up, for for Telstra broadband a few weeks ago and itíll be installed and working next week...
Arhhh.... and youíve guessed it he was using a different ISP... what was even more funny was the call received a week later saying their email had stopped working again...
