Recently, I needed a real estate agent to send me their photo to appear in the Real Estate News section of our newspaper. She faxes the sales person her photo and expects me to use that. Obviously the sales person calls her and kindly explains to her that the faxed copy won't work and would it be possible for her to scan the photo and email it to us.
Now, I can only guess that it was a photocopied photo in the first place, because what the salesperson received in her email was a scan of a photocopied picture. *sigh* The salesperson called her back one more time and explained to her that wouldn't work either. The real estate agent had a hard time understanding why. So finally our sales person just told her that we were going to postpone putting her news in the section and we'd run it next week. Hopefully that would give her time to just bring the actual photo by here for us to scan. She was slightly annoyed, but agreed.
I'm looking forward to seeing if she brings us the photocopy to scan. :)
By the way, I've posted once before. It was also in regards to a real estate ad. What is it with real estate agents?
