After doing work for a client, where they went way beyond their original list of five minor updates (including new arrangements on the picture galleris that they didn't send me, but yet assumed that I would just *know* somehow, and also did not send me all the files I needed)...
"We feel that you have charged us too much. We are going to get another designer to do the work and see how long they take. You'll get what they get."
Needless to say, when they contacted my associate to do the updates, she told them where to go. And I still haven't been paid. Wankers.
