The helpdesk email says:
I don't have a username and password, so I can't get in.
When I call her, I asked, "What exactly are you trying to log into?"
"It's asking for a username and password, but I don't have one from when you the other guy set it up. I tried my windows account and email passwords, but they're not working. I don't have time to fix it right now because I'm on a deadline though, can you just email me a username and password?" *click*
