We all have bad days but this one...

Client called and was verbally abusive to one of my artists. He did his best to placate her, even tried to make her happy - all to no avail, she hung up on him.

The next day we get a call from the same client who apologizes and says (no kidding - this is for real) "Mercury was in retrograde and I was channeling satan."

You can't make this kind of stuff up! Even better - she claims to be a psychic and we were building her a website.
