A woman at work is writing documentation (which is sent to the client) for our new product, but she only uses 1 space between a period and the first letter of a new sentence. It's part of my job to edit/proof-read these documents and since I brought it up before, she's specifically told me not to add another space.
And she's a manager!
Why don't people understand how to write properly, or understand how this reflects poorly on the company?
"Welcome to company X, where we don't know how to write properly. Guess what else we don't know how to do?" (hint, it begins with "a" and ends with "nything")
