Client: I'd like to move my web site to your company and have you take over maintenance of it.

Me: Great let's get teh paper work start - but if I may ask - why are you unhappy with your current host?

Client: I'm fed up with their charges ... every time I ask them to update my site ... they charge me for it.

Me: meh....
