My boss called me to his office. He had a problem sending attachments via email. He had done this a thousand times, he said, telling me how he would click the paper clip and the "my documents" folder would open up with lots of folders in it, from which he'd send things. He had an email open and showed me that when he clicked the paper clip now, nothing showed up.
Long story short, I made him get up and in two clicks had found his "my documents" folder from his email attachment paper clip.
