Subject: SERVER HAS CRASHED

URGENT - OUR EMAIL SERVER HAS CRASHED CAN YOU PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY

Obviously we got the mail, so the server wasn't down. What amazes me is that she thought she would email us using the email server that had 'crashed'
