This client calls saying he can't change channels on his decode. He is however able to turn TV off and on. I saw in his file that a tech was sent to install his machine and he payed for it. So after some troubleshooting and a reset of the decoder, I tell him to change the batteries in his remote. I tell him I can wait, please change the batteries and we'll see if it works. After 10 minutes arguing how his machine is new and he is using the batteries that came with the decoder, he changes the batt, it works just fine and apologizes for being so hard headed and ****whatever other name you can throw at this guy****.
